You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.
If you have ordered several goods as part of a single order and they are delivered separately, the period begins on the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods. In the case of delivery of goods in multiple partial shipments or pieces, the period begins upon receipt of the last partial shipment or piece. In the case of contracts for the regular delivery of goods over a fixed period of time, in particular coffee subscriptions, the period begins upon receipt of the first goods.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (GPARG4 GmbH, Argentinierstraße 4–6/Lokal, 1040 Vienna, Austria, Email: hello@goldenerpapagei.live) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to cancel this contract. You may use the attached model cancellation form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.
You can also declare the cancellation using the prominent and easily accessible "Withdrawal" function placed in the webshop. After entering the required information, the declaration is transmitted via the "Confirm cancellation" function. We will send you a confirmation of receipt without delay on a durable medium, regularly by email, containing the content as well as the date and time of transmission.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification concerning the exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you cancel this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied proof of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.
You shall send back or hand over the goods to GPARG4 GmbH, Argentinierstraße 4–6/Lokal, 1040 Vienna, Austria, without delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send off the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Statutory Exceptions
The right of cancellation does not apply, in particular, to goods made to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs, goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded, or sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal was removed after delivery. An exception is only applied if its statutory requirements are met in the specific case.
Defects and Incorrect Deliveries
Cancellation is to be distinguished from statutory warranty rights. In the case of defective or incorrectly delivered goods, please contact us at hello@goldenerpapagei.live so that we can coordinate the process and, if necessary, a return label. Failure to make contact or report damage does not limit statutory rights.
