Frequently Asked Questions

Praterstraße serves specialty coffee, breakfast and brunch. On Argentinierstraße, specialty coffee meets breakfast, drinks and Paparogi pierogi. Stuwerstraße is our small coffee-to-go location.

No. We currently do not take reservations at any of our locations. Just drop by – available tables are allocated directly at the venue.

Yes. As long as they behave, we love our four-legged guests. The same rule applies to their humans – and everyone else, for that matter.

Yes. Vegetarian and vegan food and drinks are available depending on the location. Please check the relevant menu for the current selection.

Coffee to go is available at all locations. Take-away food options depend on the menu at each location. Stuwerstraße is entirely focused on coffee to go.

We consider catering, brand events, collaborations, photo shoots and private events individually. Send the date, number of guests, location and a short description to hello@goldenerpapagei.live.

We deliver within Austria and to other countries in the European Union. Delivery is free for orders of €50 or more within Austria and €75 within Germany. For all shipping rates check out our shipping details.

Yes. You can pause, modify or cancel your subscription at any time. There is no minimum commitment. Unless you change your selection, you will continue to receive the coffee you originally chose.

Your coffee is shipped shortly after roasting. Deliveries within Vienna usually arrive on the next business day after dispatch, while deliveries across Austria typically take two to four business days. Our coffees are available exclusively as whole beans.
